A network connecting all the officers (offices) under the Revenue Department including Land Revenue Commissionerate, Land Board, KLRMM, 14 District Collectorates, 27 Revenue Divisional Offices, 77 Taluk Offices, Various Special Offices and 1664 Village Offices. An Online Portal is introduced to receive the Representations made by the Public to the Revenue Minister.
How does it work? The person who wishes to make a complaint through this portal must first create a login in the portal. Any ID- card and mobile phone number are mandatory to create a login. When this login is created, an OTP will be send to mobile number, which will enable the user to log in and change the password.
A user can send any number of complaints through this portal.A user can also send any complaint on behalf of any person. The sole responsibility for such a complaint rests with the logged-in user.
The portal also provides a glimpse into the status of the complaint and the response to the complaint sent through this portal. The Revenue Minister can analyze the detailed reports of such complaints in the State in a timely manner.
